Cardholder Policy

The Credit/Debit Card used to purchase the tickets of flights/hotels will have to be produced at the time of check-in. To process booking success, card holder must to send document support as below mentioned to V-Fly Company via email:

1.  Send us a photocopy of in front of the Credit/Debit Card only. (Visa/Master Card)
2.  Send us a photocopy of both side of Identify by passport information or Identify by national identity card of card holder.

Age and Responsibility 
You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this service, and you possess the legal right and ability to create binding obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this service. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this service by you and those using your login information. You will supervise all usage of the booking facility under your name or account. You warrant that all information supplied by you and members of your household in using the booking facility are true and accurate.

3D Secure One-Time Password (OTP) for Credit / Debit Card
1.  Enjoy online booking with 3D Secure One Time Password service from VISA & MasterCard which will protect your credit card online transaction securely. 3D Secure One-Time Password will send special password to your mobile phone number which already registered in Bank system every time you do online shopping/booking on a merchant with 3D Secure facility, therefore your credit card protected from potential cyber crime.
If your credit card has been registered and have 3D Secure Password before, that password is not valid anymore since December 9th 2016, every online transaction on 3D Secure merchant, you will get One-Time Password (one time use password) in the form of text message (SMS) to your mobile phone number which has been registered in the Bank, which you must fill in the 3D Secure page that provided by the merchant itself.

2.  For a Supplementary Credit/Debit Card Holder, SMS of your OTP will be sent to your mobile phone number as soon as it is already registered in your Bank system. Otherwise, SMS of your OTP will be sent to the Primary Card Holder.
If you have not received the SMS of your OTP, you may request for a repeat sending of your OTP by clicking 'resend OTP'
You will have 2 chances to enter your OTP or make resending request. If this is not successful, the transaction will be cancelled and you will return to the merchant online page.
In order to use 3D Secure OTP, please make sure that the mobile phone number you are using is already registered in your bank system.
